Known for his passion for seasonal ingredients and relaxed, contemporary dining, Chef Callum works closely with guests to design menus tailored to their tastes and occasion. From elegant multi-course dinners to more informal sharing-style menus, each dining experience is thoughtfully prepared to create something truly special during your time at The Croft.
